Emily Deegan

I am a paralegal at Bouldin Law Firm and have worked with Mike for over 13 years.  I was first introduced to Michael though a friend who had used his services. Mike helped me and my family after suffering a serious automobile accident, which led me to want to help others.  I then entered paralegal studies and obtained my degree from Beckfield College.

I currently assist many clients with a variety of issues but primarily specialize in divorcing clients.  I work with the client in gathering and organizing their financial disclosures and discuss concerns with Michael is not available.  I also continue to assist in personal injury cases.

Having been divorced, I realize the difficulties and anxiety that come with divorce and custody of the children.  I am often able to tell clients what the law is as well as how to resolve many problems.  Many times just knowing the law will relieve stress, even if the answer is not always what you want to hear.
