Kristopher Nevels

Kristopher Nevels has been practicing law for over 10 years and concentrating primarily on representing persons injured as a result of negligence.  This often includes motor vehicle accidents resulting in personal injury.

Kris began working at Bouldin Law Firm as a law clerk while attending law school at Salmon P. Chase College of Law.  He quickly developed a knack for dealing with injured persons and at the same time in negotiating with insurance companies to assure those injured received a fair settlement.

In dealing with injured persons, there often involves investigation of the accident and discussing the case with local police, then making sure the witness information is kept on file in case the case proceeds to litigation.  The injured party may have been taken to a hospital and may be in need of additional medical treatment.  Whether helping a client to obtain the right treatment or going to a qualified specialist, Kris is in contact and communication with the child to make sure that they are properly treated for their injuries.

Negotiating a fair settlement takes not only years of practice, but a knowledge of what is compensable as well as what both an insurance company and a jury may believe to be a proper resolution.  Of course, insurance companies want to pay as little as possible. Whether dealing with PIP/no-fault benefits or dealing with the insurance company for the at-fault party, it is important to know the value of any individual case.  This includes jury verdict research as well as handling both simple and complex cases.
