Kentucky Divorce Expert Attorney

I was recently asked to testify as an expert witness in a federal court hearing regarding Kentucky divorce/dissolution law, division of assets and related child support.  Having recently been certified as an expert witness in federal court in the field of Kentucky divorce law, I can attest that there are undoubtedly attorneys with more knowledge in their chosen field.  Having a criminal defense attorney ask questions about divorce law, is actually quite entertaining. While the Commonwealth of Kentucky does not certify attorneys as an expert for their field, most attorneys do have specific areas of practice in which they concentrate.  I strive to be more knowledgeable than most in my chosen fields of practice and limit my practice to some extent.  That includes keeping abreast of all current laws, any changes to the statutes, current case law and changes that may be affected by the case law, and the nature and general practice of the judges and courts in which I routinely practice. Knowledge of the law can be gained by reading the books.  Knowledge of the courts and judges is equally important in determining how each judge applies the law to the particular case or set of facts. If you need to hire an expert witness regarding divorce, call to discuss. If you are looking to retain an experienced divorce attorney in Northern Kentucky, call Michael Bouldin at 859-581-6453 or email at [email protected]. [huge_it_maps id="1"] [caption id="attachment_40" align="alignnone" width="284"] Photo Image of Michael Bouldin, attorney[/caption]
